Pet Contract

Our Pet Contract is written to protect both buyer and seller. In a perfect world, breeders and puppy owners could come to an agreement and both uphold their end faithfully. Alas, the world is not perfect, and signing a written contract ensures that both breeder and new puppy owner understand and agree to each respective side of the relationship.

Please remember that we are not selling factory-manufactured items, but living, breathing, thinking animals. Even the best contract cannot cover every possible outcome, but I have done my best to ensure that as many as possible are covered.
